What is better than going on a date with your beau at an all inclusive dessert and wine tasting? I'd say NOTHING! This past Sunday I went to Just Desserts hosted by The City Food Festival in Bermuda and it was a wonderful experience. Restaurants from around the island were able to showcase their beautifully made desserts to guest.
Waitstaff passed around an assortment of desserts from cheesecakes to cookies then guest had the opportunity to pick pre-packaged goodies to take home such as popcorn, candies and more. As guest we able offered endless wine as well as tea and coffee to simmer our sugar rush. As we indulged on the tasty treats we were treated to lovely songs by young local artist along with jokes from our host.
I must give full credit to my easy-going outfit to my boyfriend whom insisted I should dress simple, which I must say was a great idea since I had to catch a flight to the U.K directly after.
